Thurgood Marshall College Fund

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is a nonprofit organization established in 1987 to support students attending the nation's historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and predominantly black institutions (PBIs). Named after the first African American Supreme Court Justice, Thurgood Marshall, the organization aims to provide scholarships, capacity-building support, and advocacy for HBCUs. TMCF's mission is to ensure that students have access to quality education and the resources necessary to succeed in their academic and professional endeavors.
