The Doyon Foundation is a non-profit organization established in 1999, based in Fairbanks, Alaska. Its mission is to promote the education and cultural heritage of Alaska Native people, particularly the Athabascan people. The foundation provides scholarships and grants to support students pursuing higher education and vocational training, as well as funding for cultural programs that preserve and promote Alaska Native traditions and languages. The foundation is a subsidiary of Doyon, Limited, which is the largest private landowner in Alaska and a regional Native corporation formed under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA).
