• This program is open to alumni members of Wyoming FFA and 4-H who are currently enrolled as sophomores, juniors, or seniors at an accredited institute of higher learning in the state.
• Applicants must submit information on their participation in their county fair or the Wyoming State Fair.
• Selection is based on academic standing (40%), overall 4-H or FFA work (30%), and character and leadership in their clubs and participation in their county fair and Wyoming State Fair (30%).
