• This program is open to children, stepchildren, and grandchildren of active or deceased members of the Huntsville post and to student members of the post.
• Applicants must be entering their freshman or sophomore year at a college in any state to work full time on a degree in engineering, mathematics, or natural science.
• They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher as a high school senior or 2.5 or higher as a college freshman.
• Selection is based on scholastic attitude, character, leadership qualities, and personal development.
• Preference is given to applicants who demonstrate military aspirations, as exemplified by enrollment in an officer training program.
