• This program is open to enrolled members of the White Earth Band of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe who can demonstrate financial need.
• Applicants must be attending or planning to attend a college, university, or vocational school in any state.
• Graduate students must be working on a degree in business, education, human services, law, or medicine.
• Priority is given first to students living on the White Earth Reservation, second to students living within 75 miles of the Reservation boundaries, and third to other students.
• Students are expected to enroll full-time; part-time students are considered, but do not qualify for full funding.
