- If you are providing SAT or ACT test scores, and those scores are not listed on your high school transcript, you will need to upload a copy of your test score report(s) separately. If you are uploading a college transcript, those scores are not required.
- Current college financial aid award letter (preferred) OR FAFSA Submission Summary from most recent FAFSA filed.
- Copy of DD214 (preferred), Certificate of Eligibility from the Department of Veterans Affairs or other document of service. Be sure your DD214 includes the “Special Additional Information” section, Box #24.
- If applicant is the spouse or widow of a disabled veteran, provide VA disability letter and copy of marriage license.
- Not considered.
