• Preparing for a career in public policy or administration in transportation

• This program is open to residents of Washington who are U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or valid visa holders.
• Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an approved accredited institution in any state and have a GPA of 2.7 or higher.
• They must be preparing for a career in public policy or public administration in transportation or a related field.
• Selection is based on that essay (20%); GPA (15%); participation in activities related to career goal (10%); 2 letters of recommendation (15%); school and community engagement (15%); and an interview (25%).
