• This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in the Sacramento City Unified School District who have maintained an average academic record.
• Applicants must be planning to enroll full-time at a college, university, or trade school in any state.
• Selection is based on financial need, extracurricular activities and community involvement, incentive, cooperative spirit and positive attitude, and accomplishments in language arts and humanities.
• Special consideration is given to applicants who attended Will C. Wood Middle School.
