International students must be enrolled at an SQA partner university, i.e., University of Technology Sydney, University of Sydney, UNSW Sydney or . Applicants must have completed at least the equivalent of 1.5 years of full-time undergraduate study by the time the research project begins. Applicants who have previously received an SQA Undergraduate Research Scholarship are not eligible to apply. Selection is based on academic merit, personal statement, and suitability for the available research projects. Applicants must submit the application directly to Sydney Quantum Academy. Eligible applicants will be awarded on academic merit, their personal statement, and suitability for the projects offered.
