• Must be a woman and a member of WIFLE or sponsored by a member
• Completed at least 1 academic year at an accredited 4-year college or university or community college with transfer intent
• Major in criminal justice or related fields
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• U.S. citizenship required

• This program is open to women who are members of WIFLE or sponsored by a member and have completed at least 1 academic year of full-time study at an accredited 4-year college or university (or at a community college with the intention of transferring to a 4-year school).
• Applicants must be majoring in criminal justice or a related field (e.g., social sciences, public administration, computer science, finance, linguistic arts, chemistry, physics).
• They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Students in graduate and postgraduate programs are also eligible, but those working on an associate degree are not.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
