  • 3. A copy of the medical report on the absence of contraindications to study in the Russian Federation, issued by an official authority of the country of residence.
  • 4. A copy of a medical certificate on the absence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and AIDS, issued by an official authority of the country of residence.
