• This program is open to members of Rainbow Girls in New Mexico who are graduating high school seniors or students currently enrolled full time at a college, university, or vocational institution in any state.
• Applicants must submit transcripts (including GPA and SAT/ACT scores), letters of recommendation (including 1 from the advisory board of their local Rainbow Assembly and 1 from a school official), and documentation of interest and participation in Rainbow.
• Selection is based on academic potential and merit, Rainbow activities, service, school and community activities, and financial need.
