• High school senior or undergraduate student.
• Seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree.
• Full or part-time student.
• Asexual, bisexual, gay, genderqueer, intersex, lesbian, nonbinary, prefer to self-identify, transgender, transgender female to male, transgender male to female, or two-spirit.
• Participation in community service or leadership.
• Demonstrate financial need.
• Preference is given to full-time students, sometimes part-time students, and applicants who have not previously received a PFLAG scholarship.
