• This program is open to women who are at least 17 years of age and are from a low-income family (less than $20,000 annually for a family of 2, $24,000 for a family of 3, or $28,000 for a family of 4).
• Applicants must be mothers with minor children.
• They must be working on a vocational degree or certificate or an associate, bachelor's, master's, professional, or doctoral degree.
• Selection is based on personal circumstances, educational path, vocational or occupational goals, service or activist or civic goals, and financial need.
