• This program is open to the children of Oregon dairy farmers who have worked on a dairy for at least 2 years or had a 4-H or FFA dairy project for 4 years.
• Applicants must be graduating high school seniors planning to enroll full-time at a community college or a current full-time students at a community college.
• They must have a GPA of 2.7 or higher.
• Selection is based on academic achievement, letters of recommendation, and an autobiography.
