• Must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a Minority Serving Institution
• Must major in a field of STEM
• Must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident

• This program is open to enlisted members of the Coast Guard, Marine Corps, or Navy who are enrolled or planning to enroll at an MSI in any state and major in a field of STEM. Applicants must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and be U.S. citizens, nationals, or permanent residents.
• They are not required to enroll full time.
• Selection is based on that essay, a resume of educational experience, transcripts, 2 letters of recommendation, and a 250-word documentation of their community service activities.
