• This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in New Jersey who are women, minorities (Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, American Indian or Alaska Native, Asian, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, or 2 or more races), or persons with disabilities.
• Applicants must be planning to work on a bachelor's degree at a college or university in the state.
• Children of employees of any New Jersey Utilities Association-member company are ineligible.
• Selection is based on overall academic excellence and demonstrated financial need.
