• This program is open to high school seniors and full-time undergraduates majoring in music with flute as their primary instrument at an accredited college, university, or conservatory in any state.
• Applicants must qualify as first-generation college students, defined as a person whose parents have not completed a bachelor's degree.
• They must be U.S. citizens or legal residents younger than 25 years of age.
