• This program is open to high school juniors whose mother, father, step-parent, grandparent, or legal guardian is a member of Moose International.
• Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Recipients are selected in a random drawing from among qualifying applicants.
• They may complete for additional funding if they can demonstrate an outstanding record of in-school extracurricular activities or out-of-school activities (e.g., employment, Scouting programs, music lessons, non-school related sports).
