• This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Mississippi who plan to attend an accredited college, university, or community college in the state.
• Applicants must be 1) the child or grandchild of employees or elected officials of Mississippi municipalities; or 2) a part-time employee of a member municipality of the Mississippi Municipal League.
• Selection is based primarily on that essay; financial need is not considered.
