Who can apply

• Diagnosed with cystic fibrosis
• Minimum 3.00 GPA or 22 ACT/1030 SAT
• Resident of the U.S.
• High school senior, undergraduate, on academic break, or not currently enrolled
• Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree
• Attending or planning to attend a U.S. post-secondary institution
• U.S. citizen, conditional permanent resident, or U.S. national
• Participation in community service or extracurricular activities
• Demonstrate financial need
