• This program is open to Michigan residents who are enrolled full-time in an ABET-accredited civil and/or environmental engineering program in the state.
• Applicants must be entering their junior year and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Selection is based on academic record, participation in extracurricular activities, leadership, character, self-reliance, comments from employers and university officials, and financial need.
• Semifinalists may be contacted for an interview.
