• Parent must be a member of LHSCA for at least 5 years
• Must provide evidence of college readiness (transcripts, GPA, ACT/SAT scores)

• This program is open to seniors and graduates of high schools in Louisiana whose parent has been a member of the LHSCA for at least 5 years or, if deceased, was a member for the 5 years immediately prior to death.
• Applicants must be attending or planning to attend an accredited institution of higher education.
• They must provide evidence of their ability to succeed at the college level (transcripts, GPA, rank in class, ACT or SAT scores).
