• This program is open to residents of Hawaii who are of Hawaiian descent.
• Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll full-time as an undergraduate or graduate student at a 2- or 4-year college, university, or vocational institution.
• They must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher when graduating from high school or 3.0 or higher as a graduate student.
