• This program is open to residents of Kentucky who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a college, university, institute of technology, or academy in any state as an undergraduate or graduate student.
• Applicants must the child of 1) a full-time employee of a radio or television station in Kentucky; or 2) a part-time employee who has been employed for at least 1 year.
• Selection is based on academic ability, participation in extracurricular activities, and financial need.
