• This program is open to women who are seniors graduating from high schools in Maine or recent graduates of those schools.
• Applicants must be planning to enroll at least half-time for their first year of postsecondary study at an accredited college or university in any state.
• They must have a realistic goal for the educational plans.
• First priority is given to women who can demonstrate a record of school and/or community involvement.
