Who can apply

• Minority seniors graduating from high schools in southeastern Pennsylvania, including Delaware and South Jersey
• Planning to enroll full-time at a college or university in any state
• Working on an associate degree or higher in any field
• Must be a member of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO)
• GPA of 2.5 or higher required
• U.S. citizenship is required
