• The applicants must be non-Canadian citizens. The applicants must be entering the university from a high school or transferring from an international college or university. The applicant must apply for an eligible undergraduate degree program. The applicant must be entering Years 1, 2, or 3 of a minimum four-year undergraduate degree program.
