• This program is open to residents of California, Oregon, and Washington who have a documented disability or impairment, including a physical, cognitive, or learning disability.
• Eligible disabilities include, but are not limited to, autism, deaf-blindness, deafness, developmental delay, emotional disturbance, hearing impairment, intellectual disability, multiple disabilities, orthopedic impairment, other health impairment, specific learning disability….
• Applicants must be entering or attending a college, university, community college, or trade school in any state as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student.
• They must be able to demonstrate outstanding community involvement and motivation to attend postsecondary education in order to further their ability to contribute to society.
• Financial need and academic merit are not considered in the selection process.
