• This competition is open to high school seniors who develop an improvement project for their community.
• Applicants must conduct research through interviews, articles, videos, or data.
• They must synthesize what they have learned by producing a strategy plan with the community at the center of the work.
• Finalists must also indicate how they would use the additional grant if their project is selected as the top scholarship recipient.
