• This program is open to HEA members or children of members who are enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or post-baccalaureate program at a state-approved or nationally accredited institution of higher learning in any state.
• Applicants must be entering their student teaching semester.
• Selection is based on that statement (15 points), ability (15 points), financial need (15 points), and recommendations (5 points).
