• Planning to attend a 2- or 4-year accredited institution

• This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Hawaii who are HEA members, children of members, or grandchildren of members.
• Applicants must be planning to attend a 2- or 4-year accredited institution of higher learning in any state.
• Preference is given to those planning to major in education.
• Selection is based on that statement (15 points), abilities (15 points), teacher recommendations (10 points), and financial need (10 points).
