• This program is open to high school seniors and college students enrolled or planning to enroll full time in an accredited college or university with a major in architecture, biology, chemistry, computer science, construction management, engineering, environmental science, geo….
• Preference is given to 1) seniors graduating from high schools in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia; 2) students at colleges and universities in Virginia; 3) members of a Post of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) at their college or university;….
• Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
