According to the cooperation agreement the Paraguayan Ministry of Finance pays the following costs: Financing the costs for the flight from Paraguay to Germany and back. Financing of the tuition fees up to a maximum amount from 10.000 EUR. Financing the living expenses with a monthly amount of 1.300,00 EUR Research allowance of 450,00 EUR per year. One-off payment of 450,00 EUR for the return to Paraguay.
