• This program is open to 1) children whose parent or legal guardian is employed by any company in the fastener industry and is preparing for a career in that industry; and 2) employees of companies who are currently enrolled in a course of education related to their job.
• Applicants may be at any level of their college or postcollege career.
• Selection is based on that essay, academic achievements (including SAT or ACT scores for high school seniors), and recommendations; financial need is considered but is not required.
