• This program is open to EANYNG members and their spouses, children, and grandchildren.
• The program defines children to include any child living in the home of the member, even though they may not have legal guardianship.
• Applicants must be high school seniors or current undergraduates at a college or university in any state.
• The applicant or sponsor must have belonged to EANYNG for at least 30 days.
• Membership in EANYNG is limited to enlisted personnel in the New York Air or Army National Guard.
• Selection is based on academic achievement, community service, extracurricular activities, and leadership abilities.
