• This program is open to the children of deceased organ and tissue donors who live in eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, or Delaware.
• Applicants must be younger than 25 years of age and either currently enrolled at 1) a private or parochial high school in the region; or 2) a 2- or 4-year college, university, or trade/technical school in any state.
• Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
