• Able to demonstrate financial need

• This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Colorado who are 1) the first member of their family to attend college; 2) a student of color (African American, Asian/Pacific Islander, American Indian, Hispanic/Chicano/Latino);….
• Applicants must have a GPA of 2.8 or higher and be planning to enroll at a 2- or 4-year college or university in Colorado.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is not required.
• Selection is based on leadership and community service (particularly within minority communities), past academic performance, personal and professional accomplishments, personal attributes, special abilities, academic goals, and financial need.
