Blue Scholarship - Fall
The Blue Scholarship provides financial assistance to students interested in attending one of the five state maritime academies. Undergraduate students pursuing a USCG license program are welcome to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need, involvement in extracurricular activities, community, and work.
