• This program is open to residents of Arkansas who have been involved in golfing activities and are either 1) graduating high school seniors with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, or 2) students younger than 25 years of age enrolled at an institution of higher education in the state in a program that leads to a bachelor's degree.
• Applicants must submit transcripts and documentation of financial need.
• High school seniors and firstyear college students must also submit ACT and/or SAT scores.
• Students enrolled in 2year colleges and graduate programs are not eligible.
