• Must be an employee or potential employee of a franchised dealership
• Must be approved by the dealer for training or professional advancement
• Must enroll full-time in an approved higher education program

• This program is open to North Dakota residents who are employees or potential employees of franchised car and truck dealerships in the state that are members of the Automobile Dealers Association of North Dakota (ADAND).
• Students must be approved by the dealer for training, re-training, or professional advancement and be enrolled or planning to enroll full-time in a higher education program approved by the dealer as training applicable to the dealership's needs.
• The dealership must agree to provide funding for the support of the student.
• If the number of applicants exceeds available funds, recipients are selected by random drawing.
