Stuart Air Show

The Stuart Air Show is an annual event held in November that has been dedicated to honoring the history of American aviation and veterans for over thirty-five years. The organization attracts tens of thousands of attendees each year and collaborates with schools and children's service agencies to provide STEM and educational opportunities to hundreds of school-age children. In memory of Steve Bednarz, an engineer at Pratt and Whitney who was passionate about education and helping kids interested in STEM, the Stuart Air Show established the IDOT Scholarship to support high school seniors in Florida who aspire to pursue careers in aviation and STEM-related fields.
