The program serves high school seniors, recent high school graduates, and current college undergraduates who will enroll full time in undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school. Selection Committee chooses recipients from a finalist group of up to 20 students. For the 2026 cycle, applications are open until April 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT, with applicant notification scheduled for June.
