Hudson Family

The Amber D. Hudson Memorial Scholarship, funded by the Hudson Family, honors the memory of Amber D. Hudson, who passed away in 2022 from a rare form of cancer. The scholarship aims to support female-identifying students pursuing careers in nutrition, particularly as Registered Dietitians (RD), Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN), or Certified Nutrition Specialists.
