Harris Family

The Ella Katherine Harris Memorial Scholarship for Bakers is funded by the Harris Family to honor the memory of Ella Katherine Harris, who passed away due to adrenal carcinoma in October 2023. Ella had a passion for baking and aspired to open her own bakery, a dream she was unable to fulfill. This scholarship aims to support high school seniors, undergraduates, or trade students who share her love for baking and demonstrate ambition and drive in their culinary pursuits. The scholarship provides a $2,500 award to one winner, with applications open until September 4, 2026, and winners announced on October 5, 2026.
