EveryLife Foundation for Rare Diseases invests in educational access for people living with rare diseases, using scholarship support to reduce barriers that can interrupt college, graduate study, and career preparation. Its #RAREis Scholarship Fund is built for adults with rare diseases pursuing a wide range of accredited educational paths, including community or technical college, four-year university study, graduate school, and vocational-technical or trade programs. The program serves U.S. residents nationwide and explicitly includes students regardless of treatment status, with eligibility extending to applicants age 17 and older and no upper age limit. Veterans and non-traditional students are encouraged. For the Fall 2026 semester, the foundation’s scholarship program offers one-time awards of $5,000, with up to 58 recipients supported through funding from Amgen. Awards are not renewable, but eligible students may reapply annually and may receive the scholarship no more than four times. Applicants must submit a physician-completed Diagnosis Verification Form and a transcript, and scholarship payments are issued in August for the institution.
