The Dashanna K. McNeil Memorial Scholarship is a tribute to Dashanna K. McNeil, who dedicated her life to nursing and inspired many through her work. After graduating from Conway High School in 1995, she pursued her nursing career by completing the LPN licensure program and earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina, followed by advanced degrees in Nursing and Public Health from the University of Phoenix. Throughout her career, she worked in various healthcare systems across multiple states and founded the McNeil Healthcare Institute to support the training of future certified nursing assistants. This scholarship aims to empower individuals who share her commitment to the nursing profession and support their educational pursuits in nursing or related fields.
