- Applicants must have demonstrated commitment to future military service by enrolling in an ROTC program, a commissioning program, or an extended enlistment.
- Selection is based on academic standing and accomplishments (50%), involvement in university and community programs, including those with military involvement (30%), and financial need (20%).
