- This program is open to 4-H members who are seniors in County high schools. Applicants must be planning to enroll at an institution of higher education and major in agriculture or an agriculture-related field. They must submit their previous year's 4-H Record Book and a 3- to 4-page essay on what 4-H means to them. Selection is based on efforts to help others through 4-H leadership and community service. Priority is given to students applying to a 4-year college or university although applicants to 2-year community colleges and trade/technical schools are eligible.
