- This program is open to students who are enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited college or university. At least 1 parent or legal guardian must have been an IPMAHR member for at least the previous 3 years. Preference is given to applicants in business administration or public administration with a human resources concentration. Applicants must submit a list of activities and awards, a statement of goals and objectives, high school and undergraduate transcripts, and (for entering freshmen) a copy of their college acceptance letter. Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
